Kanab Creek Canyon after the Rain

Kanab Creek Canyon after the Rain is a view from rocks with Mormon Tea and Hedgehog Cactus at the Magnificent Canyon in which Stratum contains the history of the Earth. Even though it is not “glamorous” with a very earthy and limited color palette of the desert, the scene became very mesmerizing and meditative for me. Kanab Creek Canyon is located in Arizona and is part of Grand Canyon National Park. The original painting 20”x16” was done in acrylics on cotton canvas panel.
